The
Curran-Seeley Foundation is a private, non-profit agency providing
comprehensive alcohol and drug counseling, treatment and prevention
services to the residents of Teton County, the Town of Jackson,
and surrounding communities who may be suffering from substance
abuse problems and their effects. These services are offered
in a confidential, caring and cost-effective manner. The Curran-Seeley
Foundation has been in operation since 1988, and is the only
freestanding State-certified community substance abuse center
in Teton County, Wyoming.

Evaluation/Assessment
Confidential,
professional substance abuse evaluations, using nationally-recognized
test instruments (approved for court-ordered assessment, DUI,
etc.).
Outpatient
Counseling
Variable
length classes. Separate classes for adults and adolescents.
Speakers and activities available upon request.
DUI
Classes
State-certified
DUI education classes. Convenient Saturday hours.
Intensive
Outpatient Treatment Programs (IOPT)
Professional,
separate treatment programs for men, women and adolescents.
Strong family participation component.
Aftercare
Services
Weekly evening groups available. Separate groups for men,
women and adolescents. Curran-Seeley treatment (IOPT) graduates
receive Aftercare service Free
for Life!
Batterer's
Re-Education Classes
A
26-week program which follows State guidelines for men having
trouble with, or convicted of, Family Violence, Domestic Abuse
or Anger Management.
Stage
II Support Groups
Separate,
ongoing support groups for men and women working on improving
their quality of life.
Intervention
Services
Professional
services available for those wishing "to help someone
who doesn't want help."
Hispanic
Services
Through
the use of a professional bilingual interpreter, Curran-Seeley
can provide the following services to Spanish-speaking individuals:

Re-Education Program
Individual,
Family, Family Member, Employer Counseling
Individual
counseling sessions with a professional, experienced substance
abuse therapist are available upon request.
Relapse
Prevention Program
Long-term
support group, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach,
for those needing more intensive, ongoing therapy.
Referral
Services
Curran-Seeley
maintains contact with a network of regional residential treatment
providers for those in need of an inpatient placement. Curran-Seeley
also has national directories available to assist with assessments
and/or placement out of the local area.

Staff
The
Curran-Seeley staff are all credentialed, caring professionals,
experienced in working with alcohol, drug and family violence
issues.
