Mountain House is a therapeutic outreach center for adults
in Teton County who are experiencing issues connected with
mental illness. Mountain House provides a safe, warm, comfortable
environment where community members may "drop in"
to relax, read, work on the computer, visit with others, or
meet with staff members who can help them address their issues
and improve the quality of their lives.
Mission
Statement...
Mountain House, as part of Jackson Hole Community Counseling
Center, provides a supportive, safe environment in which clients
are assisted with meeting their mental health and support
needs. Services offered include individual and group therapy,
crisis intervention, social and recreational opportunities,
vocational and career support through job coaching and a working
relationship with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation,
case management services, and psychiatric medication clinics.
Vision
Statement...
OUR VISION at Mountain House is to create a healthy environment
which inspires hope, encourages people to face life's challenges,
and promotes independence.
Whom
Do We Serve?

struggling with mental illness or issues connected with mental
illness. Services are provided at both Mountain House and
in the community.

that may arise, such as mental illness (with or without substance
abuse), interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety,
abuse, grief, life changes, personal growth and mental illness
management.
Crisis

As part of JHCCC, we offer crisis services for mental
health emergencies that develop. We work closely with St.
John's Medical Center as well as other community organizations.
