Salary Range:

$30,000+ - health, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, AFLAC, vacation, holiday and sick leave, retirement

Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Masters' or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, psychiatric nursing or related field, with a part of training a supervised experience providing mental health services. Two years of post degree supervised experience in providing mental health services may be substituted for practicum/internship. Wyoming Professional License or willingness to pursue. Or Bachelor's degree in social work with certification or other related human service degree and currant work toward a master's degree and at least two years practice experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receives referrals for services, provides initial and on-going assessment of client service needs.
2. Facilitates referrals to other services within the Center or elsewhere as needed.
3. Provides comprehensive treatment planning with the client, based on the client's goals and needs.
4. Provides Psycho-social Rehabilitation including: individual and group counseling/education; skill building to improve client functioning and assist in accomplishment of the client goals.
5. Provides case management to clients including linkage, monitoring, advocacy and crisis intervention.
6. Maintains working relationships with other Center staff and service providers in the community and collaborates with them.
7. Maintains case records and other required documentation in a timely manner, and complies with Center policies and procedures, including ethical expectations.
8. Provides emergency services as needed and assigned.
9. Provides program and case consultation and education services.
10. Actively participates as a team member with other ARS staff and those on the substance abuse team.
11. Actively participates in clinic staff meetings, supervisory conferences and other activities that ensure the provision of quality services.
12. Participates in liaison services with local, regional and state hospitals.
13. Maintains therapeutic responsibility for the collection of fees.
14. Other duties as assigned by the ARS Program Manager, Clinic or Executive Director.
