Qualifications:
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
A
Masters degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling
or related field with two years of post graduate supervised
experience in providing substance abuse treatment services
with adults and/or youth. Wyoming Professional License required,
or willingness to obtain a license upon hiring. Completion
of Clinic's TFC teaching model and Functional Family Therapy
model soon after employment is established. All staff is expected
to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Substance Abuse programs
typically involve evening and/or weekend work schedules.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
1.
Provides therapy and supports the approved Case Management
model with parents/guardians, and youth in any YAFT program.
2. Implements and supports the approved TFC teaching model
with TFC parents, biological parents and youth in treatment
foster care homes.
3. Receives referrals for assessment and services from the
Administrative Team. Refers to other appropriate community
service providers with prior approval.
4. Completes required clinical documentation, including Clinical
Assessments, Treatment Plans, FARS/CFARS, SED forms, etc.,
per policy manual at 98% accuracy.
5. Provides on call services as assigned for clients and community
agencies.
6. Provides individual, family, case management, and group
services as appropriate to client needs and assessed levels
of care. Makes appropriate evaluations and referrals along
with successful transition as needed during the course of
treatment.
7. Maintains the Agency standard of expected minimum direct
services productivity (currently 55%).
8. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with
other community providers and employees of PWC.
9. Maintains documentation responsibility for collection of
fees per insurance requirements and agency policy.
10. Attends and/or coordinates treatment planning meetings
as an advocate for children in PWC programs-those attending
may include biological family, foster family, school, DFS,
GAL, and any other person or organization directly involved
with the treatment of the child.
11. Encourages and actively participates in relationships
building, conflict resolution, and problem solving efforts
from a team perspective to maintain a positive, healthy working
environment.
12. Participates in Agency program development activities
and provides reports or presentations on conferences and workshops
attended.
13. Participates in Team Peer Supervision providing three
taped recordings of clinical sessions.
14. Attends staff meetings, supervision meetings, treatment
team meetings, and other activities that ensure the smooth
functioning of Clinic operations.
15. Assists in trainings as requested.
16. Other duties as assigned and negotiated by the Team Leaders,
Director of Youth Services, Clinic Director or Executive Director.
