Job Title:

Certified Case Manager (Child and Family) - 2 positions
Fremont Counseling Service

Salary Range:

$30,360 - $34,676 plus benefits

Projected Start Date:

As soon as possible

Location:

Lander and Riverton, Wyoming

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an accredited program, must be certified as a Social Worker or a Mental Health Worker in the State of Wyoming. Must have experience working with Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED) children and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

General case management duties with our child and family population, group facilitation, outreach, some outpatient mental health services.
