Salary Range:

$30 - $40,000 per year - Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, AFLAC, retirement, staff development, vacation, sick, holiday pay

Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A Masters' or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, psychiatric nursing or related field, with a part of training a supervised experience providing mental health/substance abuse services. Two years of post degree supervised experience in providing mental health/substance abuse services may be substituted for practicum/internship. Wyoming Professional License or willingness to pursue. Must have reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provides inpatient residential recovery services to clients who have a serious and persistent mental illness.
2. Receives referrals for services. Refers inappropriate referrals to appropriate community service provider(s).
3. Conducts intake assessments. Completes required documentation and develops initial Treatment Plans.
4. Provides individual, marital, family, group, rehabilitative and case management services as appropriate to client needs. Makes appropriate referrals as needed during course of treatment.
5. Develops and maintains positive working relationship with other community providers. Coordinates with other Peak Wellness Center staff and other community providers in providing joint treatment as reflected in treatment plan. Prepares needed reports of treatment as requested.
6. Assist persons with co-occurring disorders using the Stages of Change model and guides in the phases of treatment using motivational interviewing techniques.
7. Maintains case records to reflect course of treatment and provide required documentation. Provides follow-up and aftercare planning services as needed. Expeditiously discharges inactive clients.
8. Provides emergency services during work hours and after hours as assigned.
9. Provides program and case consultation and education services internally, and to other community groups and individuals. Participates in agency program development activities.
10. Provides liaison service for local, regional and state hospitals to ensure continuity of care for Center clients.
11. Maintains therapeutic responsibility for the collection of fees.
12. Attends staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and other activities, which ensure the smooth functioning of clinic operations.
13. Provides mental health/substance abuse evaluations and prepares reports of findings and recommendations.
14. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Clinic, or Executive Director.
