Qualifications:

Masters Level Therapist or Doctorate Level Psychologist, Licensed (or eligible in Wyoming). Must possess strong management and supervisory skills. Minimum of five years clinical experience, preferably two of which have been with SPMI adults. Minimum of two years of management/administrative experience, including program development and personnel supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Manager supervises a CARF-accredited, multi-disciplinary team in a psycho-social program serving seriously chronically mentally ill adults. This free-standing treatment program is comprised of three licensed clinical staff, a consulting psychiatrist, case management services and nursing staff. The program also encompasses a supported housing program to assist clients enrolled in the Program in transitioning back into the community.

Responsibilities include: administrative and clinical supervision of staff; desire to work within a team framework; program budget preparation and fiscal management; management and oversight of program facilities; if indicated, preparation of grant applications and subsequent programmatic administration; oversight of the integrity and appropriateness of program services; staff adherence to agency standards, policies and procedures including data collection and completion of service reports.
