Qualifications:
Ten
+ years of administrative and clinical experience required
with five years at a senior management level. Master's or
doctorate level credentialing in a mental health discipline
and clinical licensure in Wyoming preferred.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
Northern
Wyoming Mental Health Center (NWMHC) is seeking an established
leader with proven human services management abilities to
serve as its Executive Director. NWMHC is a four-county, rural,
community-based private, nonprofit organization providing
comprehensive mental health and substance abuse outpatient
treatment services serving the northeast region of Wyoming
between the Big Horn Mountains on the west and the Black Hills
of South Dakota on the east. Sheridan, where the Executive
Director will office, is located at the base of the majestic
Big Horn Mountains, which provides a friendly cosmopolitan
small town atmosphere. Outdoor recreational activities abound
in this beautiful area of Wyoming, with an excellent quality
of life, superior schools and strong community support. Duties:
oversight of clinical and administrative services, financial
management operations, quality improvement system, and supervision
of executive management staff. Assure contract compliance
with state and local service agreements, maintain working
relationships with state and local government bodies, clients
and the general public. Candidates will be expected to be
outcome-oriented, and provide dynamic and dedicated leadership
within the organization and among community partners.
