Substance Abuse Program Manager, Sheridan, Wyoming

 

Job Title:

Substance Abuse Program Manager
Northern Wyoming Mental Health Center

Salary Range:

$40,000-$53,500 - DOE - Competitive compensation and excellent fringe benefits package

Location:

Sheridan, Wyoming

Qualifications:

Masters Level Therapist or Doctorate Level Psychologist, Licensed (or eligible in Wyoming). Must possess strong management, leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with community agencies, criminal justice system and other professionals. Must possess knowledge of current models and theories of addiction including the appropriate continuum of care (ASAM) and the social context affecting the treatment and recovery process. Competent in the clinical assessment of addictive disorders, (ASI, GAIN, etc.), individual and group treatment, intensive outpatient services and program coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of programmatic development and management to assure compliance with CARF and State certification standards. Prefer five years of direct experience working in alcohol and drug programming within the behavior health care field.
